Why Do I Coach:
I enjoy watching young people compete.
I had a player give me a plaque after he graduated, it said
"Coach, you see us as we are and make us see what we could be." I think that sums it up Why I Coach.
Too many to count, every year there is something new.
But here's a few:
Coaching my own sons.
Coaching kids that I also coached their parents.
Baseball State Tournament 2004
Baseball Players getting drafted
Players receiving Scholarships
Going deep in the playoffs, raising the bar in the programs.
ALL the Relationships: This profession gives you way more than you will ever give.
When will I retire, I will leave you with these words,
"We don't stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing."
