Heather shannon

My name is Heather Shannon and I am in my 11th year of coaching. I'm married to Jeremy Shannon who is also a coach at Boerne. We have three amazing kids: Kloe, Elliott, and Karsyn. I grew up in Boerne and attended Boerne High School class of 2006. I received a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas Tech University. I chose to be a coach because of the impact my coaches made on me and my desire to work with student athletes to guide them to become well rounded citizens after high school sports. I have spent the majority of my career as a volleyball coach and am now coaching girls basketball and cheer. I enjoy coaching on the Greyhound Coaching Staff and look forward to many successes with the athletes.
