My name is Lexi Harms and this upcoming year will be my 4th year coaching at Boerne High School. My husband, Stephen, and I live in Boerne and the community has made us love it here.

I became a coach because I had coaches who greatly impacted my life and believed in me. I want to instill in my athletes that you have someone in your corner and that dedication, passion and the relationships you build with your teammates along the way are lessons worth learning.

Some of my favorite memories as a coach are getting to be an active bystander in watching these female athletes become strong leaders and game changers. Coaches get a front row seat to being able to help kids pursue and accomplish great things.
