My name is Neil Hogan, I am in my 7th year coaching at Boerne H.S., 8th overall. I chose to become a coach because of the influence my coaches had on my life, and I’ve always known that I want to lead the next generation of young men in a positive way. There are a lot of great memories I’ve had so far in my career, but my favorite part of coaching has truly been the relationships I’ve built with the players and coaches- helping to create a positive culture at Boerne.
